Conditions for Student Visa: The student visa is issued only for a single entry into Iran. Upon receiving the visa, travel to Iran by visiting the Iranian consulate in your city/country and apply for a residence permit. Otherwise, if you return to your home country, your visa will be invalidated. 

– Required Documents: 

  – A valid and accessible email address 

  – Mobile phone number outside Iran 

  – Iranian mobile phone number (if available) 

  – Passport valid for the entire duration of studies

  Access your request by entering your SAORG code, tracking code, or passport number.

Conditions for Academic Residence Permit: The academic residence permit is issued for the duration of your studies, and once obtained, you will have unrestricted entry and exit privileges. 

 

– Required Documents for Obtaining the Academic Residence Permit: 

  – Original passport (to be submitted to the university for two working weeks) 

  – One passport-sized photograph 

  – Valid student visa 

  – Purchase of a Hayate Amn accident insurance policy for the duration of your studies via the following website: 

    http://hayateamn.ir 

    Note: Enter your passport number (in uppercase letters) as both the username and password. 

 

  Duration of studies for insurance purchase according to degree level: 

  – Bachelor’s: 4 years 

  – Master’s: 2 years 

  – PhD: 4 years 

 

– How to Register a Request for Academic Residence Permit: 

  Residence permit issuance requests must be submitted through the International Students Affairs Management System at the following web address:

– How to Check the Latest Status of the Request and Collect the Passport After Residence Issuance: 

  To view the latest status of your request and be informed when the passport is ready for collection, visit the following web address:

  Access your request by entering your SAORG code, tracking code, or passport number. 

Students must register a final departure request upon completion of their studies in order to terminate their residence status and receive their academic documents. After receiving the relevant stamp in their passport, they must submit both the original passport and a copy to the university’s Directorate General of Education and Graduate Studies. 

– How to Register a Final Departure Request: 

  Final departure requests must be submitted through the International Students Affairs Management System at the following web address:

If a student number has been issued by the university, the withdrawal process begins with financial and administrative clearance from the faculty. The request must then be submitted through the International Students Affairs Management System at the following web address:

Finally, the SAORG code or tracking code will be archived.
