Central Library of AUT
Library of AUT was founded in 1958. Due to development of science and technology and the need to increase the collection, it expanded in 1961 and started the standardization of its resources. In 1971 to better manage resources and synchronize with academic libraries in the world, this library classified all resources by the Library of Congress (LC Class) style.
Central library of Amirkabir University of Technology with the aim of facilitating access to resources, began to mechanize its services since 1386. Library Software developed in 1994 for this purpose. After making the necessary arrangements this fully mechanized service is used by all members until now.
Digital Library
The central library, in line with the university’s research and teaching goals, has started a digital library that gives you better access to electronic resources and reputable scientific databases (full text articles, books and documents); at dps.aut.ac.ir which allows the use of scientific resources by university members inside or outside the university via a VPN.
